We’re seeking a Cluster Hotel Sales Manager to champion our distinctive properties – including the trend-setting Cocana Resort, Kuara and Secana Beachtown – each offering unique experiences that set them apart in the luxury boutique segment. The person will develop and execute the sales strategy by maximising revenue across leisure, group and event segments, while supporting the branding and marketing strategies. Please note this role’s responsibilities may evolve based on business needs within the sales and marketing function, to best serve our organizational objectives.
Strategic Planning
- Design and implement the sales plan to penetrate target markets
- Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify growth opportunities
Sales Expertise and Integrated Marketing & PR
- Proactively solicit and handle sales opportunities in a way that supports the hotels’ interests and revenue goals, primarily in the B2B / wholesale and event segments
- Identify and cultivate relationships with suitable contacts, including B2B agents, event planners, corporates, wedding coordinators and influencers
- Structure high-value proposals and negotiate contracts
- Oversee lead pipeline management from prospecting to follow-up
- Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust tactics accordingly
- Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize campaigns, social media engagement, and any other applicable areas
