Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee both CRM management and webmaster responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our CRM system, ensuring seamless integration with other business tools, and managing the company’s websites to ensure they are secure, functional, and up-to-date.
Key Responsibilities:
CRM Management:
- Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of the CRM system.
- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and security within the CRM.
- Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer engagement and sales processes.
- Train staff on CRM usage, ensuring they are utilizing the system effectively.
- Integrate the CRM with other business systems and tools for streamlined operations.
- Generate reports and analytics from the CRM to support business decisions.
Webmaster Responsibilities:
- Manage, update, and maintain the company’s websites, ensuring optimal performance, security, and user experience
- Monitor site performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and search rankings.
- Coordinate with content creators to ensure timely and accurate updates to the website.
- Manage website hosting, domains, and related technical aspects.Ensure websites are compliant with relevant legal and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management, with a focus on CRM systems and website management.
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and web development platforms (e.g., WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Experience with SEO, analytics tools, and website performance optimization.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional team.
