Job Overview:

As the Marketing Manager for the Development Sales Marketing Team at Mirah Investment & Development, you will lead the team and execute 360-degree marketing strategies that promote the sales of new properties and developments.

The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of media production, branding, digital marketing, advertising, and have exceptional aesthetic tastes combined with a keen analytical mind. You will work on campaigns and branding management in line with Mirah Investment & Development’s long-term branding goals and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies specifically tailored for real estate development projects. These strategies should focus on driving sales and enhancing the visibility of new developments.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns aimed at generating leads and driving sales for development projects. Oversee the production of promotional materials and digital content that aligns with strategic goals.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify target customer segments and understand competitor dynamics. Utilize insights to tailor marketing approaches and identify new opportunities within the property development sector.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the development team, architects, and sales personnel to ensure marketing strategies align with project specifications and sales objectives. Engage with external agencies, vendors, and the internal creative team to produce high-quality marketing materials.
  • Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies based on performance data and market feedback. Prepare reports detailing campaign results and strategic recommendations for senior management.
  • Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget for development projects, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize return on investment.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals and creatives, fostering a collaborative environment and encouraging professional growth.
  • Workflow and Structure: Ensure the proper and efficient structure and workflow of the marketing team to optimize productivity and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, preferably within the real estate development sector or with a strong focus on branding.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Experience with go-to-market project launches is a plus.
  • Experience with website development is a plus.
  • Proficient in digital marketing, performance marketing, CRM software, and analytical tools.
  • Native English speaker.

The Senior Real Estate Sales Executive will assume a pivotal role in our organization, leveraging their extensive experience to drive sales excellence. This role requires a seasoned professional who can strategically navigate the complexities of the real estate market, build influential relationships, and contribute to the ongoing success of our projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and maintain high-level relationships with potential and existing clients.

Market Expertise:

  • Demonstrate an unparalleled understanding of the real estate market, property valuations, and emerging trends.
  • Stay abreast of company projects and effectively communicate intricate project details to clients.

Negotiation Mastery:

  • Exhibit advanced negotiation skills to secure favorable deals for the company.
  • Resolve challenges with finesse, ensuring successful and profitable transactions.

Collaborative Leadership:

  • Lead by example, fostering collaboration with the sales team and other departments.
  • Contribute valuable insights to enhance and streamline sales processes.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in senior-level roles within Real Estate Sales or a comparable field.
  • In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and a distinguished presence in the property development industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence at a senior level.
  • Strong leadership skills and a history of surpassing sales targets.
  • Expertise in negotiation and deal-closing at a senior executive level.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering excellence.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Advanced degrees or industry certifications are a plus.

The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for implementing and managing the company’s social media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, engagement, and ultimately drive business objectives in all Chinese-language platforms.

This role will require someone who is highly creative and has a deep understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.

Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of Chinse Social Media Platforms.
  • 2-4 years of experience in social media, preferably in a B2C or corporate environment.
  • Soft skills & experience in content design, photography, videography, editing, & content creation are preferred.
  • Highly creative individual with the ability to adapt styles and work across brands with different positioning.
  • Proven track record of growing social media channels and driving engagement.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, their audiences, and best practices for content creation and distribution.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to create engaging content.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment, manage multiple projects and deadlines, and adapt to change.
  • Fluency in English & Chinese is required.
