As a Creative Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing campaigns, managing projects, and ensuring the successful implementation of marketing strategies. Working directly under the Head of Marketing, you will assist with the daily operations of the Marketing Department while improving content production workflows. This role also involves overseeing marketing initiatives and campaigns, coordinating with the creative team to deliver timely, high-quality marketing content, actively contributing to the development of creative concepts and strategies, and monitoring performance to drive continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, email, and traditional marketing.
- Develop creative concepts and strategies, collaborating closely with the creative team to ensure alignment with brand objectives.
- Coordinate the creative team, managing multiple cross-media projects from brief to publication.
- Ensure creative, branding, and quality standards are consistently applied in content creation.
- Provide feedback on creative outputs to maintain a high standard of quality and brand alignment.
- Assist with content quality control, ensuring all deliverables meet project requirements.
- Conduct on-going updates to materials, websites, and other marketing assets.
- Create SOPs, material directories, checklists, and medium-term scheduling to streamline workflows.
- Oversee the administration and reporting of marketing campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
- Assist with general Marketing Department administration, including reports, archiving, scheduling, and result-based analysis.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights to support marketing strategies.
Qualifications
- Fluency in English is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in marketing, advertising, or a related role. Experience in Content Production is a plus.
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with experience in concept development.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics and email marketing software.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g. Asana)
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and high organizational skills.
- A team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
