Job Overview:
As the Marketing Manager for the Development Sales Marketing Team at Mirah Investment & Development, you will lead the team and execute 360-degree marketing strategies that promote the sales of new properties and developments.
The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of media production, branding, digital marketing, advertising, and have exceptional aesthetic tastes combined with a keen analytical mind. You will work on campaigns and branding management in line with Mirah Investment & Development’s long-term branding goals and strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies specifically tailored for real estate development projects. These strategies should focus on driving sales and enhancing the visibility of new developments.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns aimed at generating leads and driving sales for development projects. Oversee the production of promotional materials and digital content that aligns with strategic goals.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify target customer segments and understand competitor dynamics. Utilize insights to tailor marketing approaches and identify new opportunities within the property development sector.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the development team, architects, and sales personnel to ensure marketing strategies align with project specifications and sales objectives. Engage with external agencies, vendors, and the internal creative team to produce high-quality marketing materials.
- Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies based on performance data and market feedback. Prepare reports detailing campaign results and strategic recommendations for senior management.
- Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget for development projects, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize return on investment.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals and creatives, fostering a collaborative environment and encouraging professional growth.
- Workflow and Structure: Ensure the proper and efficient structure and workflow of the marketing team to optimize productivity and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, preferably within the real estate development sector or with a strong focus on branding.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience with go-to-market project launches is a plus.
- Experience with website development is a plus.
- Proficient in digital marketing, performance marketing, CRM software, and analytical tools.
- Native English speaker.
