Mirah Investment & Development is looking for a driven and ambitious Senior Revenue & Sales Manager to take our hospitality division to the next level. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment and is ready to drive revenue, grow direct bookings, and maximize our presence on OTAs. You’ll be working across a portfolio of luxury hotels, resorts, and villa rentals in Bali, collaborating with our marketing and revenue teams to turn strategies into results.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Drive Sales & Revenue: Lead the charge in boosting direct bookings and increasing occupancy across our portfolio.
• Manage OTAs & Online Sales Channels: Own our presence on Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, Airbnb, and more—ensuring maximum visibility and strong conversion rates.
• Optimize Pricing & Promotions: Work with the revenue team to adjust rates, run promotions, and stay ahead of market trends.
• Develop Partnerships & Distribution Channels: Identify new sales opportunities through travel agencies, affiliates, and industry partners.
• Enhance Guest Engagement: Create compelling offers, loyalty programs, and incentives to encourage repeat bookings.
• Work with Marketing: Team up with the in-house marketing team to align campaigns, digital ads, and promotions with revenue goals.
• Monitor Performance & Spot Opportunities: Track booking trends, analyze sales data, and adapt strategies to maximize results.

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee both CRM management and webmaster responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our CRM system, ensuring seamless integration with other business tools, and managing the company’s websites to ensure they are secure, functional, and up-to-date.

Key Responsibilities:

CRM Management:

  • Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of the CRM system.
  • Ensure data integrity, consistency, and security within the CRM.
  • Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer engagement and sales processes.
  • Train staff on CRM usage, ensuring they are utilizing the system effectively.
  • Integrate the CRM with other business systems and tools for streamlined operations.
  • Generate reports and analytics from the CRM to support business decisions.

Webmaster Responsibilities:

  • Manage, update, and maintain the company’s websites, ensuring optimal performance, security, and user experience
  • Monitor site performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and search rankings.
  • Coordinate with content creators to ensure timely and accurate updates to the website.
  • Manage website hosting, domains, and related technical aspects.Ensure websites are compliant with relevant legal and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management, with a focus on CRM systems and website management.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and web development platforms (e.g., WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Experience with SEO, analytics tools, and website performance optimization.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional team.
