As we look toward 2025, we take a moment to reflect on the milestones that shaped 2024.

New Openings 

Kuara Resort – Lombok

This year saw the soft opening of our eco-luxury experienced-based resort located beachfront in the south of Lombok. 

Kuara Resort offers beachfront villas with private fire pits in lush surroundings. Set beside a pristine beach and adjacent to a protected forest, the resort features onsite gardens with farm-to-table dining, onsite horse stables, and more. Kuara provides a meaningful escape, where guests can reconnect with nature while enjoying the comfort and elegance of a modern, five-star experience.

Nila Residence – Berawa, Canggu

Nila Residence opened its doors in Berawa, Canggu, introducing 19 private pool villas ranging from two to six bedrooms. Nestled in a private cul-de-sac and featuring Mediterranean-inspired architecture and interiors, Nila Residence builds on its reputation as a previous winner of Indonesia’s “Best Luxury Residence,” welcoming residents and guests to Bali’s premier residential complex.

Cocana Resort – Gili Trawangan

After Cocana Resort’s soft opening later last year, the resort entered full operation this year, offering the next tier of luxury accommodation on Gili Trawangan. New to Cocana Resort are the newly launched venues:

• Cocana Sunset Club
  Cocana Sunset Club offers the best sunsets on Gili T, with the water shimmering with the island’s golden afterglow and the volcanoes of Bali silhouetted in the distance – the beach club’s chill vibes and laid-back luxury are not to be missed.

• Pacifica by Cocana & Pacifica Poolsuite
  Pacifica by Cocana, and Pacifica Poolsuite offer elevated international cuisine to the island of Gili T and guests of Cocana Resort – whether it’s breakfast by the sea or poolside cocktails in a private cabana.

• SAO Spa
  This year saw the opening and launch of SAO Spa –the biggest spa in Gili T offering private treatments from professionally trained massage therapists. SAO Spa opened in two locations, one in Gili Trawangan and a sister site in Lombok as part of Kuara Resort.

Secana Beachtown – Berawa, Canggu

The ultimate lifestyle resort and residences opened in Berawa, Canggu late in 2023. At the beginning of this year, the milestone was celebrated by the grand opening party and the launch of the 2024 campaign.

Secana Beachtown has 58 private pool villas with ocean-view options and 32 loft apartments, complete with a rooftop pool club, Beachtown Grocer, a café and deli, and Saya Club – a fitness and wellness club with one of the biggest gyms in Berawa, full recovery facilities, co-working spaces, and much more.

• Secana Pool Club
  This year we unveiled Secana Pool Club atop Secana Beachtown’s rooftop pool, offering a vibrant setting to lounge under the sun, savour gourmet flavours, and soak up sweeping ocean panoramas.

New Projects Launched

FINNS Bali Resort – Berawa, Canggu

In partnership with the iconic FINNS Bali—operators of FINNS Beach Club, FINNS VIP Beach Club, FINNS Recreation, and more— we launched one of the most anticipated resorts in Bali: FINNS Bali Resort.

Located in Berawa, FINNS Bali Resort will showcase an incredible range of lifestyle facilities and amenities. The resort is an extension and complete renovation of the FINNS Recreation Club, featuring 202 rooms and a remarkable combination of wellness, sports, recreational, and family-friendly facilities. Guest packages will include access to the beach club venues as well as the upcoming Empire Evening & Day club, setting the resort apart from any other accommodation in Bali.

This exciting collaboration unites two of the biggest and most innovative companies in Bali’s hospitality landscape, reflecting their shared commitment to sustainable economic growth.

Villa 10, Exclusive Villa Collection – Uluwatu

The Exclusive Villa Collection, launched in 2023 with The Samadhi, is a curated selection of ultra-luxury villas representing the pinnacle of architectural excellence and indulgence. This year, we added a new villa to the highly selective collection—Villa 10.

Perched on Uluwatu’s cliffs, Villa 10 offers three luxurious bedrooms, panoramic ocean views, a private pool, spa amenities, and exclusive Karma Kandara resort privileges.

Amali Luxury Hotel – Uluwatu

Launched this year, Amali Luxury Hotel is a boutique cliff-front hotel located within Amali Luxury Residence. It offers 13 cliff-front suites, five-star services, and full access to all the facilities of Amali Luxury Residence.

Key Partnerships

2024 was marked with bold dynamic partnerships. The launch of FINNS Bali Resort highlighted our strong commitment to partnering with industry leaders. 

This year, we also forged a strategic partnership with Luxso Resorts, entrusting them to oversee operations and management across multiple hotels, resorts, and residences—ensuring elevated guest experiences and sustained growth.

Construction Milestone

As a company rooted in development, precise planning and well-executed construction form the foundation of our values. In 2024, we reached several key milestones on our projects under construction:

Amali Luxury Residence

We celebrated the groundbreaking ceremony of Amali Luxury Residence, which will offer ultra-luxury apartments and penthouses perched on the cliff edge in Bingin, Uluwatu.

SOMOSHOTELS Uluwatu

We commenced construction on SOMOSHOTELS Uluwatu, a 250-room hotel featuring extensive commercial spaces, marking the introduction of a new global lifestyle brand.

FINNS Bali Resort

A groundbreaking ceremony was held for FINNS Bali Resort, setting the stage for this highly anticipated development.

Kiara Ocean Place & Kiara Beachfront

Kiara Ocean Place, offering 62 luxurious serviced apartments in Batu Belig, is nearing completion. Meanwhile, its sister project, Kiara Beachfront, continues construction on prestigious serviced apartments in Nusa Dua, moving steadily toward its debut.
