As our operating portfolio expanded, so did the consistency of guest feedback, occupancy results, and market recognition, reinforcing Mirah’s position as one of the region’s most established and trusted developers, continuing to shape the real estate and hospitality landscape of Bali.
New Openings
Kuara Resort, Southern Lombok
This year saw the full opening of Kuara Resort, a boutique beachfront escape in Southern Lombok featuring 16 private villas, a signature restaurant, spa, and direct access to one of the region’s most secluded coastlines. Its first year of operation delivered standout guest satisfaction, achieving a 4.7 rating on Google and a 9.5 rating on Booking.com. As a new 2025 opening, Kuara has already established itself as one of Lombok’s strongest luxury entries, supported by its design, craftsmanship, and consistent operational performance.
Kiara Ocean Place, Batu Belig
Kiara Ocean Place, a sixty-three unit serviced residence in Batu Belig, completed its grand opening in 2025 and immediately recorded strong performance and guest feedback during the soft opening period. Designed for upscale, flexible living with facilities including 2 swimming pools, gym, co-working space, and 24-hour services.
Awards and Recognitions
Cocana Resort, Gili Trawangan
Cocana Resort completed its first full year of operations with exceptional results. The resort, offering lagoon suites, 1- to 3-bedroom private pool villas, was recognised in the top ten percent of hotels worldwide by the TripAdvisor Travelers’ Choice Awards as testament to the team’s continued focus on creating unique guest experiences.
This builds on Cocana Resort’s success in 2024, marked by Expedia Group naming the beachfront the top revenue-earning property in Lombok. Guest ratings remained consistently high with a 4.6 score on Google and 4.7 on TripAdvisor.
2025 also saw a newly revamped beach club Cocana Sunset Club on the sandy shores of the resort, undergoing renovations and expansions, reinforcing its position as one of Gili T’s most popular beachfront venues.
Secana Beachtown, Berawa
Secana Beachtown continued to build on its momentum as Berawa’s lifestyle landmark. With its rooftop pool club, design-led loft-apartments and private pool villas, and multiple dining venues. Secana achieved a 4.6 Google rating and 4.9 TripAdvisor rating during 2025. Its earlier recognition from the Luxury Lifestyle Awards in late 2024 remained a strong indicator of its architectural and operational quality, contributing to sustained demand and ongoing positive performance throughout the year.
Home to Secana Rooftop Restaurant and Pool Club, and one of Berawa’s most popular gyms Saya Club, complete with co-working space, recovery facilities and expansive training and class areas, Secana Beachtown is expected to continue its strong performance into 2026.
Defining the Iconic Guest Experiences
2025 saw the introduction of The Guest Society, a hospitality management company that now oversees Mirah’s expanding portfolio of operating hotels, resorts, serviced residences, and F&B and lifestyle venues. Built around a collection of signature stays in iconic destinations, it brings unified management, brand development, and operational expertise across every category of hospitality within Mirah’s growing portfolio.
With capabilities spanning hotel and resort management, serviced-residence operations, dining and lifestyle concepts, and brand and marketing management, The Guest Society elevates each asset with defined positioning and a clear guest identity. Its F&B portfolio alone includes Cocana Sunset Club, Pacifica Restaurant, Secana Pool Club, Beachtown Grocer, and Kong alongside new venues and hotels & resorts currently in development.

Partnerships
TATA
Our partnership with TATA continued across multiple developments, supported by Mirah’s onsite project management teams and oversight systems. “TATA a huge corporation with a huge experience in the high rise buildings. We can honestly say it’s going very well and the team here is very strong.” said Amali Luxury Residence Project Manager, Maxim.
TATA Construction brings key international expertise and a strong track record across landmark projects including GWK and the Ritz-Carlton Bali. They are the construction partners for Mirah’s flagship developments, including Amali Luxury Residence, SOMOSHOTELS, and Kiara Beachfront.
FINNS Global
This year also saw continued collaboration with FINNS Global, including progress on the integrated FINNS Bali Resort. FINNS welcomes over 1.7 million guests per year across its iconic Bali venues, positioning it as one of the island’s most successful hospitality operators.
FINNS Bali Resort, created in partnership with Mirah, represents the final piece of the FINNS hospitality ecosystem and is regarded as one of Bali’s most anticipated resort openings.
A launch event was also held for the FINNS Owner’s Club, an exclusive membership offering lifelong benefits and tailored experiences for owners. The partnership remains one of Mirah’s most significant strategic relationships, strengthened by FINNS’ scale and long-standing reputation in Bali’s hospitality and entertainment landscape.
KU DE TA
Mirah announced its partnership with Ku De Ta for the opening of two new venues on the cliff-front of Amali Luxury Residence. The partnership brings an iconic F&B operator to one of Bali’s most anticipated ultra-luxury addresses, reinforcing Amali’s positioning and long-term appeal for residents and guests.
Ku De Ta is a landmark beachfront destination in Bali, recognised for its contemporary dining, vibrant atmosphere, and more than two decades as one of the island’s most influential hospitality brands.
Looking Ahead to 2026
Kiara Beachfront
Set to open in 2026, Kiara Beachfront will expand the Kiara collection with a ninety-eight apartment serviced residence located directly on the shoreline. With a beachfront position, multiple pools, fitness facilities, all-day dining, and fully managed services, it represents a rare opportunity for true beachfront living in one of Bali’s most rare property categories.
Amali Luxury Residence
Construction at Amali Luxury Residence progressed steadily throughout 2025. Overlooking Impossibles Beach ocean panoramas and ultra-luxury hotel facilities, the development continues to take shape toward its next construction milestones.
SOMOSHOTELS
The highly anticipated SOMOSHOTELS, designed as a lifestyle-driven 250-room hotel with retail, restaurants, pool day club, gym, spa, and event spaces, advanced through key stages of construction during 2025.
Closing out 2025, we look toward the future with a clear focus on supporting Bali’s sustainable tourism landscape and strengthening the partnerships that have guided our growth.
